Hey Ya'll!  I'm Kristen and I live in Alabama.  I went to the University of Montevallo and I am now working on my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.  My husband and I dated for four years and got married one week after he graduated from college; he started law school three months later. He is now finished and he got a job in Selma.

We were surprised to find out we were going to have a baby during his third year of school.  On October 7, 2010 we welcomed William Foster into our lives.  He is full of energy and so much fun!  I love spending time with him and making him laugh.  I have always wanted a big family and I look forward to seeing ours grow.  

The best decision I ever made was to walk with my Lord Jesus Christ!  The Lord's presence is life giving, and brings joy and peace. I started blogging during my pregnancy to keep a record of our life, and keep up with all these memories.  It's a fun hobby for me.  I love meeting interesting people and getting to know their story, design and anything related to the home; art, traveling, yard work, antiques, good music, Mexican food, cupcakes, diet coke lime, my friends, my adorable Golden Retriever Harvey and thrift store shopping!
